Founded in 2017, Cast Iron Catering is a local, family owned company, and we are proud to be recognized as Macon and Middle Georgia’s premier full service caterer. Cast Iron brings to the table a strong and talented culinary and events staff that is eager to make your event one to remember.
Meet Our Staff
William Foshee, Owner & Executive Chef
William began to make his mark in the food industry at a young age and has been striving to share his passion for the business ever since. At 15 years old, he worked at his parents’ restaurant on Lake Sinclair. He later worked at several other local restaurants as a catering director and chef. After working for Talk of the Town in Atlanta, William came back to Macon to work with Kudzu Catering. In 2017, William assumed ownership of Kudzu Catering and Two’s Company Catering to create Cast Iron Catering. William prides himself on offering a wide variety of foods and recipes for his clients around Middle Georgia.
Mike Vinson, Head Chef
Mike has been in the food service industry for over a decade, and has worked with lifelong friend William for many of those years. Companies that Mike has worked for include: the Museum of Aviation, Pig in a Pit, and Catered Creations, just to name a few. Mike’s creativity and strong background in fine dining makes him an invaluable part of our team.
